Megérkezett a Rift 2.0 - Így játszhatsz a Fortnite Chapter 1 ikonikus szigetén

A Chapter 2 megjelenését követő pár hónapban a Fortnite játékosok élvezték az újdonságokat, próbálgatták az új pályában rejlő lehetőségét. Aztán ahogy elfogyott a kezdeti lelkesedés, egyre több játékossal bővült az a csoport, mely a régi pályára vágyott vissza.
Szerintük sokkal több élet volt azon a térképen. Sokkal ikonikusabbak voltak az egyes városok és a helyszínek. Könnyen lehet, hogy csak a nosztalgia beszél belőlük, de az elmúlt hét szezon a közösség nagy része már ismét váltana.
Ekkor jön képbe a Rift 2.0 – Mellyel nem csak visszamehetünk a régi szigetre, hanem építhetünk, járműveket vezethetünk vagy épp újra átélhetjük a régi eventeket!
A szükséges programok, feltételek
A Rift 2.0 egy egyszerű Launcher, mellyel régi Fortnite buildeket indíthatunk el a gépünkön. A Rift használatát a Fortnite fejlesztői is jóváhagyták, azzal a kitétellel, hogy custom/létező kozmetikai tárgyakat nem rakhat be a Rift csapata. Papíron semmilyen probléma nem adódhat belőle, hiszen olyan gépen is tudjuk futtatni, ahol maga az (aktuális) Fortnite/Epic Games Store például fel sincs telepítve. Az alábbi segédprogramokra szükségünk lehet:
- Python – Letöltés
- .NET 5.0 SDK – Letöltés
- EasyInstaller a régi buildek letöltéséhez – Letöltés
- Rift – Ezt a Rift Discord szerverén találhatod meg a #download szobában. Érdemes pár naponta ránézni, hogy van-e újabb verzió.
False Positive
Fontos: A Riftet néha False Positive-ként „vírusnak” jelöli 1-2 vírusírtó, ilyenkor érdemes a kivételek közé adnunk a programot. A VirusTotal szerint a vizsgált 62 vírusirtóból csak 3 jelzi tévesen annak.
Előkészület – Régebbi buildek letöltése
Ehhez a már fentebb említett EasyInstallert fogjuk használni, az indítása előtt telepítsétek fel a szintén linkelt Pythont. Az EasyInstallert nem a szép felülete miatt szeretjük, de felesleges is lenne erre a célra egy teljes felhasználói felületet összerittyenteni. A Rift a Season 1 és X közötti buildeket támogatja, újakkal egyelőre nem érdemes próbálkozni
A 7.30-as Windos build a 32-es számon érhető el
A program az indítása után gyakorlatilag kilistázza az összes eddigi Fortnite buildet amit valaha kiadott az Epic Games.
Így a 7.30 build a poszt megírásának pillanatában például a 32-es számot viseli. A program először bekéri a letöltés számát (a példában ez most a 32-es) és a letöltés helyét. Ezt szabadon kiválaszthatod, de 80-30 GB közötti fájlokról beszélünk, így bőséges hely kell neki. Ha mindent jól csináltál el is indul a letöltés.
Már csorognak is a fájlok
A Progress sorokat érdemes figyelgetünk, százalékos értékben láthatjuk a letöltésünk állapotát. Ez gyengébb internettel rendelkező játékosoknak fájdalmas pont lehet majd, hiszen akár órákat is eltölthetnek az ablakot bámulva.
Rift és néhány parancs
Nézzük meg a v9.30-at!
A zip fájlból kicsomagolt alkalmazást megnyitva egy teljesen egyszerű kis ablak bukkan fel. Az első mezőbe valamilyen nevet, a másodikba pedig a futtatni kívánt, EasyInstallerrel letöltött Fortnite verzió letöltési helyét. Ha mindent jól csináltunk, akkor be is dob minket a lobby-ba. A “Play” gombra kattintva vagy az „F3”-at lenyomva pedig indulhat is a móka. Érdemes angolra állítanunk a billentyűzet nyelvét Windows-on belül, hiszen a „0” gombbal hívhatjuk elő a konzolt.
